Payment: We use the Arbiter Sports, ArbiterPay direct deposit system to pay all officials. If you have questions or need further instruction on how to use this system, please click HERE. Payday is every other Friday for games worked up to that Thursday.
Cancelled Game Payment Policy: Officials will NOT be paid for rainouts unless the game is already under way. Officials WILL be paid for a forfeit if they are at the field when they learn of the forfeit. If an MSSL staff member informs the official of a cancelled game with at least 1-hour notice of the official’s first game, then the official will not be paid (this only applies to first and last games, officials will ALWAYS be paid if a team forfeits a game that is neither their first or last of the day regardless of notice given).
Attire: Part of officiating is dressing appropriately. Our officials are expected to dress in an appropriate manner. For information of what to wear for your sport, click HERE.
Rules: Mid State officials are expected to be the rule experts during all games. To check out league rules for any sport, click HERE.
